Note: Both the hardback and paperback are considered first editions, but collectors seem to prefer
the much scarcer hardback edition. I always thought the simultaneous release of the hardback and paperback was a poor marketing
strategy for this book, as most people opted to choose the much less expensive paperback edition. In all reality the hardback
first edition of this book is very scarce.
